Dance in Schools
Incorporate dance into your Primary or Secondary school curriculum as a one-off workshop, set of sessions, or as a permanent, weekly fixture.
These classes can be provided in many different genres and we can tailor make classes and lesson plans to suit different topics and themes.
Royal Academy of Dance Ballet Examinations may be taken, to which we will do all of the required administration. Upon completion of exams, pupils will receive certificates and potentially UCAS points to help with their future.

"All of our Year 6 children thoroughly enjoyed the Street Dance sessions led by Miss Kerry this year. They had 10 weeks of learning street dance moves and worked hard to create a performance to present at the end of these 10 weeks. Miss Kerry made the sessions engaging and fun, managing to get all of the children involved. The sessions were well planned and moved the children forward every week. On week 10, a final performance was presented to the rest of the school - to the sheer enjoyment of all the staff and other pupils! Miss Kerry has a fantastic relationship with all the children she has worked with and we are all looking forward to having her back to celebrate Sport Relief in March 2016. Thank you Miss Kerry from everyone at Kirkbymoorside!" - Anna Asprey, Kirkbymoorside Primary School
"Thank you Kerry for the sensational day of Salsa you lead for our Year 3 and Year 4 classes. What a fabulous way to launch our South American Topic; the children are now itching to learn all about the exciting world of Brazil, and have already been busy researching their mind maps, deciding how they want to lead their own learning as a result of the seeds sewn. I wonder where the journey will take us?... We were so impressed with how you introduced the 4 basic salsa moves, developed a mini routine and even made time for partner work - all done in a simple, child-friendly style - the hall was bursting with fun and laughter all day. A perfect way to start or finish a topic - thank you and looking forward to working with you again." - Kate Stevenson, Pickering Junior School
